Refund policy

If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return any unused, unopened item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

For hygiene reasons, items that have been lit, burned or removed from their wrapping cannot be returned.

To arrange a return, please email rachel@soulness.co.uk with your order number. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless your item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with a photograph, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including postage.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 working days of your return being received.
