Light the tip of your sage bundle and allow it to catch flame. Gently blow it out, letting the smoke rise.

Move slowly through your space, guiding the smoke into corners, around doorways, and into the areas that feel heavy or unsettled. As you walk, set a quiet intention, release, peace, clarity, or simply presence.

When you feel complete, extinguish the bundle safely in a fireproof dish and allow it to fully go out.
