Description

Hand-bound white sage, cultivated rather than gathered from the wild, with a deep smoke long used to clear a space and mark a new beginning. Light it when you move into a new home, at the close of a long week, or whenever a room asks to be refreshed, and let the fragrance settle slowly into the air.

Hand-bound and naturally dried. Presented in our branded linen pouch.

Benefits

Traditionally used in ceremonial practices to clear a space, white sage is often chosen to: • Clear a heavy or stagnant atmosphere • Reset a space after stress or tension • Cleanse a new home or room • Prepare for meditation or quiet reflection • Mark a new beginning or transition. Its aroma is strong, herbaceous and earthy, creating a sense of clarity and grounding. It is the more intense of our sages, ideal for moments that call for a full reset.

Ritual

Begin by opening a window to allow the air to move freely. Light the tip of your white sage bundle and allow it to catch, then gently blow out the flame and let the smoke rise. Move slowly through your space, guiding the smoke into corners and around doorways, and set a quiet intention as you go: release, peace, clarity, or simply presence. When you feel complete, extinguish the bundle in an abalone shell or heat-proof dish and allow it to go out fully. For the XL bundle, light only the tip, a little at a time, to make it last. Never leave burning sage unattended.

Sustainability

We have carefully sourced suppliers that align with our beliefs on caring for the planet, and source sustainably wherever we can. Our white sage is cultivated rather than gathered from the wild, out of respect for a plant that has faced real strain from over-harvesting and holds sacred meaning within Native American traditions. For us, sustainability is not an afterthought, it is part of our ritual. A way of ensuring that each moment of stillness with Soulness is also a step towards nurturing the planet, so that the beauty of nature endures for generations to come.
