Description

Ritual of Pause has been created for the quiet hour at the end of the day, when the light softens and the house grows still. A sculpted ceramic burner holds Palo Santo gathered from naturally fallen wood, so that you may light it, set it down and simply allow the evening to slow around you.

The burner contains the embers and ash, allowing the warm, woody aroma of Palo Santo to fill your space without mess. Its chimney draws the smoke gently upwards, carrying the scent further through the room, where it lingers softly for days, long after the wood has stopped burning.

The Ritual of Pause contains one ceramic burner, 4 sticks of Palo Santo contained in a linen pouch, a ritual card, packaged in a beautiful gift box.
Benefits

Cleansing: Palo Santo has long been burned to clear a space of stagnant energy and invite a sense of renewal.

Meditation: Its sweet, woody aroma creates a calm atmosphere for meditation, yoga or quiet reflection.

Grounding: The warm, earthy scent is traditionally used to bring a sense of balance at the end of a busy day.

Relaxing: A simple ritual for slowing down and marking a moment of pause, with a scent that lingers for days.
Ritual

Light the tip of a Palo Santo stick and allow it to burn for around thirty seconds before gently blowing out the flame. Rest the smouldering wood inside the burner, where the embers and ash are held safely contained and let the smoke rise and drift through the room.
Sustainability

Our Palo Santo is gathered only from branches that have fallen naturally, never cut from living trees, in keeping with traditional harvesting practices. The linen pouch is made to be kept and reused long after the ritual begins.
